Thank you for your interest in my peacemaking method called Safe Defense. It's a true self defense because all of it's movements, strategies and tactics will protect you without injuring your attacker.  Skill sets range from  physical self defense based on Positions of karate to both formal and adhoc mediation with the Peace DNA.  Safe Defense includes a map of Essential Questions to pace and lead a conflict resolution effort from beginning to end for yourself and others.

Welcome to my virtual peace dojo!

In my e-dojo you can learn to turn an offensive attitude, word or assault into dialog focused on the problem, instead of the person.   This is an important self defense move in Safe Defense. I call it a Foul Buster and it's often appropriate for everyday verbal assaults (Fouls) because it's made of only 3 respectful questions.

Safe-Defense works peacefully for everyday fouls like teasing, threatening and name-calling.  And it works for dangerous physical self-defense situations because it includes Peace Moves.  The basic Safe-Defense skill sets include: Peace Talk and Peace Moves* and for complete conflict to peace navigation, Peace Map. Also, Peace DNA is presented to illustrate the essential questions for  a holistic peacemaking effort.

*For criminals with no problem to solve, peacemaking words are useless. However, Peace Moves creates advantage for escape and/or safer counter-contact

Peace DNA presents the 6 essential questions required of a thorough conflict resolution/peacemaking effort. The essential questions are grouped into the strategy of Conditions, Positions; and Remedy.
